It is no longer necessary to use a business letterhead. Or is it? The truth is that every business should use a letterhead because it is still relevant. Individuals appreciate receiving letters. By sending mailed letters, you prove to your customers that you respect them and their preferences. A business letterhead is like a means of communication. Using one will make your organisation more popular. There is no doubt that using a letterhead for your business is important, but know that most entrepreneurs do not resort to the printing press machine, even though there is cheap letterhead printing Singapore. What they do is send their communications via the digital path. Should you do the same? To help you determine the best option for you, we will talk about both.

Digital letterhead

As you can imagine, a digital letterhead is developed on a computer. You choose from a set of given templates and the stationary is not printed out, but used for mailing. One of the main perks of using digital letterhead is that you can make changes. The digital file can be modified to meet the needs of the business. You can include whatever information you need to. So, if you are ever in the situation of changing your business address or have a new idea for a logo, you can go ahead to make the necessary changes. The greatest perks of having digital stationaries is that they are digital. Okay, this sounds a little bit redundant. A digital stationary does not require printing and you can send the communication via the Internet. The downside is that you cannot do anything if the Internet connection fails you.

Printed letterhead

Is printed letterhead right for your company? It can be. Despite the fact that it is expensive, this kind of stationary is preferred by the public. Yes, people have Facebook and Yahoo, Google too, but they like receiving communications via the traditional mail service. One advantage is that it gives your business a touch of permanence and professionalism. Customers are simply more comfortable with receiving printed letters. You print thousands of pieces of paper, so you cannot afford to change your information right away.  Concerning the stationaries, they will look more sophisticated.

The choice is of course yours, but we suggest using printed letterhead. It portrays your company as being professional and your customers will be happy. Sure, you will have to make an initial investment, but it will pay for itself.
